Topsy Kola-OyeneyinProgram Lead, author of UNLEASHThe UNLEASH Leaders Program brings together a cohort of young professionals and students, the Envoys, to learn the UNLEASH principles, practise them, and spread them in the spaces they lead.
Over the program, Envoys took part in systems change training, fireside chats with leaders from business and tech, knowledge sharing sessions, peer reflection and one-on-one coaching. They then put what they learned to work through personal and group initiatives.
Each Envoy leaves with a post-program plan: a concrete commitment to carry the principles into their careers and communities.
